The B.C. Government and Service Employees’ Union (BCGEU) supports the call for a coroner’s inquest into the death of a resident at Hampton Court, a facility for the mentally ill that is being closed by the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.

The BCGEU represents 10 full-time and eight residential care aides at Hampton Court.
