It is the policy of the BCGEU to provide:<br />
	Ø	a harassment-free environment at all union activities<br />
	Ø	a scent free environment at all Union functions. In consideration of members with scent sensitivities and allergies, it is requested that members do not wear perfumes, colognes, or scented products while attending this meeting.<br />
Ø	a smoke-free environment at all union activities<br />
	Ø	reimbursement for family/childcare expenses incurred through attendance at union activities<br />
Please ask your steward or area office for details of these policies.<br />

  9. Adjournment at 12:00 Noon.

After the meeting, we will celebrate the season with a less formal gathering.  Local 501 will host a social event in the BCGEU Hall and Auditorium. The program will include some history, some music, and hopefully some cake. Former Local 501 Chairpersons and all retired members will be invited to attend. This get-together is scheduled for roughly Noon to 2:00 p.m.
