Join the BCGEU in celebrating Vaisakhi in Vancouver! ­ Volunteers needed!

Saturday, April 11, 2015 - 8:30am to 2:00pm

On Saturday April 11th, come and experience one of Canada's largest cultural events, and celebrate the beginning of the New Year and the birth of the Khalsa fraternity. The Vancouver Vaisakhi Day Parade is free fun for all ages; the parade attracts up to 80,000 people, and features decorative floats, live music, dancers, performers, community groups and free food.

The BCGEU tent will be located at 57th and Main St. in Vancouver. 

Set-up is at 8:30am and take down is 2pm. We will have food and BCGEU gifts to hand out.  Arrive early for parking.

Volunteers needed all morning! You will get to wear a BCGEU tee shirt!
