This training is for BCGEU Executive Members and Stewards in Area 11
(Prince George & Vicinity)
Stewards and Local Executives will be trained on the BCGEU's new Worksite audit and M2M app, MiniVAN. MiniVAN works on iPhone and Android devises and allows Stewards and Local Executive members to update information about members directly into our databases. Those participating should bring their IPhone or Android device, or if you do not have one, let the area office know so training devices can be provided.
We are scheduling training on May 9, 10 and 11, 2016 and each session should be approximately three (3) hours. This will allow time for questions and answers.
Please fill out the attached registration form (see link below) and send to the Prince George Area Office no later than Tuesday, May 3, 2016. You may send your registration form by mail, facsimile, or email, see the Prince George Area Office on the registration form. Please ensure you choose the date you are available and if you prefer mornings or afternoons. Once we have all registrations, we will determine how many sessions we will schedule each day. Please note: There is limited seating in each session, so register as soon as possible.
